The ensemble, featuring some of the finest young musicians to come out of the UK, was formed early 2011 and presents original compositions penned by trumpeter and bandleader Paul Jordanous.

Stylistically touching upon genres of Modern Jazz, Groove, Hard/ Post Bop and more contemporary jazz music, the compositions are influenced by (among others); Alex Sypiagin, Mason Brothers, Roy Hargrove, Miles Davis, Joshua Redman & Christian Scott.

 

DEBUT ALBUM - AND NOW I KNOW

 

The debut album from the ensemble- 'And Now I Know' is a collection of 8 original tunes specifically composed for the members of the ensemble, performed in groups ranging from 6-9 musicians throughout, featuring:
